In middle school, I liked someone.

I was too shy to even say a word. "Are we meant to be?" I was desperate to know. It lasted long enough that I even enrolled in the same high school.

So I found an astrology site on my phone... not knowing it was paid, I accidentally racked up a huge bill and got in big trouble with my parents.

But the story of the stars was so fascinating that my interest in astrology never faded.

Years passed and I grew up.

As a kid it felt like magic, but now I understand. Astrology is a system built on astronomical calculations. Planetary positions, precession, nakshatras — it is all math.

5,000 years ago, Sumerian priests looked up at the night sky and recorded the movements of the planets. Egyptian priests counted 36 stars to tell time. And that knowledge was passed down through Babylonia, Greece, and India to the present day.

The language of the universe is mathematics. Astrology is the oldest attempt to connect that mathematics to human life.

I knew there must be others who are just as curious as I am.

What I wanted as a teenager, what I need now.

I decided to build it myself.

That is how MOGU Moon was born.
